    Задумки у нас пока такие. Купить дом на двух хозяев и на одном этаже поселить родителей.

    В том то и вопрос, что поселить не проблема. Просто не все этих тонкостей знают. Если возможность того чтобы списать с налогов что то? Как это дело с самого начало сразу по путнему оформить.
    Будут ли им в в случае нехватки денег что то доплачивать.

    Что лучше иметь отдельный кредитный контракт с банком для здаваемой квартиры, для списывания налогов.
    Т.к. со своего дома ничё не спишешь, финанцамт тебе фигу покажет.
