Доброго времени суток. Возникла следующая проблемма. Купил я годовой Premium Account на rapidshare.com в ebay, оплатил через pay pal. И тут начались проблеммы. Оказывается коды доступа имеются и у меня и у него, но это ладно. Качать я могу, но по одной ссылке, вообщем много мароки. А вот права администратора у продавца, по этому я не могу зайти в настройки, не поменять пароли, не настроить рапиду под себя что-бы качать через менеджеров закачек. Я его попросил установить необходимые мне настройки либо дать временно код администратора что бы я сам настроил. Он раз ответил что необходимые мне настройки уже стоят, но на самом деле он по моему даже и не заглядывал, так как, как надо закачка не идёт. Я начал ему написывать, он не отвечает, потом решил через ebay, ebay направил меня дальше на pay pal в отдел Konfliktlösungen, через который мы теперь решаем с продавцом проблемму. После того как он получил письмо с pay pala, сразу зашевелился, сказал что был занят, не мог ответить и сказал что в понедельник решит проблемму, "типа" решил её в среду, написал что отправил мне письмо на еМаил с кодами на новый Account в замен старому. Но никакгого еМайла я от него не получал, теперь уже 4 день я ему через Pay pal пишу что ничего не было и требую мои деньги, а он морозится и уже 3 раз пишет проверьте пожалуйста ещё раз почту, тянет время или непонять что он задумал. pay pal есть такая "вещь" Anträge auf Käuferschutz, что это такое и с чем его едят, как можно вернуть деньги ? Помогите пожалуйста!
