Diode???

    Нет ли среди вас уважаемые любителей электроники?
    У меня навернулся телевизор!
    Вскрытие крышки показало: сопротивление и диод неисправны
    Ну с сопротивлением никаких проблем, а вот с диодом не могу разобраться
    Маркирунг PHC 15. Так как всё написано в круговую может подходить и tакой вариант 15 PHC или C15PH
    Может кто-нибудь может помочь? Простой это диод или Z-Diode
    И вообще можно ли найти замен?

    может быть Z-Diode 15V не уверен, нужно увидеть

    Диод называется правильно С15PH. Нашёл кое что про него по английски..
    QUESTION NO. P60402-4: I am repairing a treadmill. Two diodes have been burned out. One has been referenced before on your site in question number P27-1. This diode is [FTP]C15PH.[/FTP] The previous question provided an incomplete description resulting in an incomplete answer. The dimensions are leads .77OD; Body 2.53OD, 4.2L; It is glass and orange with a small silver stripe in the middle and a black stripe at one end (usually indicating a zener). I need the wattage and further info on this diode. The second diode is marked as such ST; BZV; 47C; 24; C848. ';' indicated separation between vertical lines of text on the diode. I believe it is a 24V power diode, but I am not sure. Its dimensions are Leads 0.81OD; Body 2.95OD, 6.18L.
    The first diode is a Philips zener, from the "PH". The dimensions given match the SOD66/DO41 case of the Philips BZV85-C15 zener, rated 15 Volts, 5%, 1 Watt (Philips rates it for 1.3 Watts under special conditions). A 1N4744A zener might substitute. The second zener is an ST Micro zener, BZV47C24, rated 24 Volts, 5%, 2 Watts.
