    Функция склейки файлов есть в Total Commander.
    И помоему про эти fwz тут кто-то писал..

    На польском аплоуде часто выкладывают имиджи серии rucannon с расширением .fwz - как их прикрутить к Дриму?
    И кто их юзал - поделитесь инфой...

    Расширениее .fwz - это только для ФЛЕШЕК и у него НИЗзззЯ ни в коем случае менять расширение на .img , это разные по структуре файлы




    А вообще Юзай поиск и подымай утонувшие трпики!

    Проблема решилась переформатириванием usb-ишки

    Проблема с USB Flash. Не форматируется.


    Флэшка отработала нормально почти 2 года.
    Вчера перестали загружаться имиджи установленные на ней.
    Я прошил в ресивер официальный 1.09.1 (до этого был 1.8) и решил отформатировать флешу при помощи Тelnet.
    Вот лог:

    На этом процесс останавливается.
    Форматировал через FW 6 – пишет Erasing и все, ждал минут 20 – бесполезно.
    Втыкал флэшку в комп – она определяется, но при попытке отформатировать – появляется сообщение, что она защищена от записи.
    Подскажите в чем дело и как быть. Неужели флешке конец?

    * FAQ: What can I install with current FlashWizard, and where?


    on DM 7020, on multiboot install (CF-USB-HDD-NFS):
    - NFI images, with OpenEmbedded structure
    - NFI images, with Tuxbox-CVS (dm7000-like) structure (i.e.: Neutrino)
    - IMG images, built for dm7000 with new LZMA compression
    - IMG images, built for dm7000 (all previous images, from 107.4 to 1.09)
    - FWZ backups of 7020 NFI images, both OpenEmbedded and Tuxbox-CVS
    - FWZ backups of 7000 IMG images
    WARNING:
    - on 7020, you *must* have in flash a true OpenEmbedded image (no 7000 cvs-tuxbox like!).
    Make sure before installing FlashWizard on your 7020 to have an OE image in flash.



    on DM 7000, on flash and multiboot install (CF-HDD-USB-NFS):
    - all known DM7000 IMG images, from 107.4 to 1.09
    Just make sure to have a compatible image in flash when you install a new one.
    In example, to install a new LZMA compressed image, you must have a LZMA image in flash too.
    - all FWZ backups of 7000 images (both on flash and multiboot)
    FWZ backups can be saved and restored with ALL images in flash, as they don't care of the
    flash image's kernel/squashfs version.

    PQI у меня нормально работает , Canyon если в алюминиевом корпусе - сильно грелся и подох у меня за неделю

    Мне все-таки удалось приобрести USB 512MB PQI U190, которую рекомендовал 876. Опишу некоторые тонкости работы с ней (или небольшие проблемки – кому как нравится). После форматирования на компе (fat32, part1) на нее имиджи устанавливались, но с нее загружаться не хотели. Переформатировал с помощью FW_6_FINAL – после этого все пошло нормально. Имиджи, забекапенные мною другим FW (FW_6_2) устанавливаться не хотели. Из всех юсбишек PQI оказалась еще самой недорогой, в комплекте – удлинитель и диск с драйверами. 876 – спасибо за рекомендации.

    Tip: backups make large use of temp files, so if you disable fast devices
    (i.e. hard disk) this will result in a slow down of the backup/restore
    processes.


    - Images InfoWizard: add sounds/musics to your backups! (*.mid, *.mp3, *.wav)
    The Images InfoWizard gets more powerful:
    you can now add a background music, played while saving and restoring
    backups (both flash and multiboot).

    у меня тоже U190 - форматировал так же в FW6.0 , и ещё у нового FW новый формат бекапа - старые он просто не видит


    у меня вот вопрос по CF в 7000 (нехочется ради него заводить новую ветку) - отрезал я короче 39 ногу как и советовали - в базовом имидже (CVS от конца прошлого года ) CF видится в HDD устройствах как Samsung ATA disk 255 mb - но Flashwizard её не форматирует и не маунтит - кто нибудь тут вообще запускал CF в 7000 дриме ???
